Agreement

By using MadiNiX you agree to these terms. The platform is operated by MTL Consulting Company Limited, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What MadiNiX is

MadiNiX lists mineral rights open to investment and a catalogue of blasting supplies. We are a marketplace and introduction service. We are not the Mining Commission, and a listing is not an offer, a valuation, or investment advice.

Explosives and regulated products

Explosives and blasting accessories are supplied strictly to holders of a valid blasting licence or permit, in accordance with Tanzanian law. Submitting an enquiry does not create an order. Proof of licensing is required before any order is confirmed, and we may decline or cancel any enquiry at our discretion.

Listings and accuracy

Prices shown are indicative and subject to confirmation. We verify listings against the Tanzania cadastre where we can, but we do not warrant that all information is complete or current. You are responsible for your own due diligence before entering any transaction.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information and keep your account details secure.
• Hold and maintain the licences and permits your activity requires.
• Do not misuse the platform, submit false listings, or attempt to obtain restricted products without authorisation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MadiNiX and MTL Consulting are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, or for the conduct of any counterparty introduced through it. Transactions remain subject to Mining Commission and other regulatory approval.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
