• Account details if you register, such as your email address and any profile information you choose to add.
• Licence information that holders or our staff upload when listing a mineral right.
• Technical data such as pages viewed and listing view counts, used to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, verify eligibility for regulated products, operate listings and accounts, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations under Tanzanian law. For explosives enquiries we also use it to confirm that a buyer holds a valid blasting licence or permit before any order proceeds.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the listing owner or supplier your enquiry concerns, with service providers who help us run the platform, and with regulators or authorities where the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. Sensitive licence details stay restricted until the holder approves access.
