FAQ

Questions

Do I need separate accounts to post and to invest? +

No. One account does both. Post a listing, send an interest, watch a parcel - all from the same login. Fees apply per action, not per identity.

Do I pay anything to browse? +

No. The mineral rights map and every listing summary are free. Fees only apply when you commit: posting a listing or sending a formal interest.

When does the 5% success fee apply? +

Only once a deal is marked closed-won on the platform and both parties have confirmed the final value. We never collect on deals that don't close.

What is visible before payment? +

The listing title, mineral, region, area, and the mineral rights parcel it sits in. Owner name, phone, and licence number are revealed after the interest fee clears.

Can I cancel or refund? +

Post and interest fees are refundable within 24 hours if no counterparty has been matched. Commission is only invoiced at close, so there is nothing to refund earlier.

Prices include VAT where applicable. Schedule last revised April 2026.
